You Will

  • Be a key part of our data-driven culture and get to work across our engineering, product, marketing, operations and customer support teams;

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative and creative analyses, model predictively and run experiments to understand user behaviors so we can answer complex questions in strategy and take corrective actions within our marketplaces;

  • Continuously turn your analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve marketplace performance and lead execution of these recommendations;

  • Be directly responsible for growing our business, improving our matching and pricing algorithms and enhancing the experience of our customers and providers;

  • Design iteratively dashboards to monitor data real-time and report on KPIs, revise definition of metrics as business challenges and data evolve.

You Have

  • University 3rd or 4th year or master students from reputable universities' related departments;

  • Able to work at least 3 - 4 days a week in school period;

  • Excellent command of English.

You Will

  • Be a key part of our data-driven culture and get to work across our engineering, product, marketing,operations and customer support teams;

You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top school (study in Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science and/or Business is preferred);
  • Comprehensive Excel spreadsheet and business modeling skills;
  • Strong business judgment and comfort with analyzing large datasets to pull out actionable insights;
  • Experience in consulting or investment banking is preferred.

Junior Graphic Designer

  • Strong visual design skills and understanding of responsive design;

  • Self-motivated to prioritize the workload and to meet critical project deadlines;

  • Human-centric approach to designing materials;

  • A keen eye for typography and consistency;

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills;

  • High Proficiency in Adobe CC Tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Etc.);

  • Desire to develop video production skills;

  • Fluency in English is a must (you will be working with an international team);

  • Motivation to work in a startup environment;

  • Skills in user interface, HTML & CSS a plus.

You Will

  • Work closely with our Marketing & Product Teams to build a consistent brand experience across multiple touch-points and mediums;

  • Coordinate daily execution of tasks with the project teams;

  • Produce & edit marketing videos;

  • Lead digital illustration work as needed;

  • Continuously find new areas to improve;

About the role:

As a Graphic Design Intern you will support digital marketing campaigns, e-mail and social media advertising and also video editing. The intern earns real-world experience and perspective on the role of designing in a fast growing successful start-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop;

  • Premiere & After Effects knowledge is a plus;

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.);

  • Create and execute marketing materials – signs,logos,print/web images etc. ;

  • A good eye for design, layout, typography, and an attention to detail

  • Video editing and motion graphics skills;

  • Assisting with social media projects;

  • Additional administrative and design assistance;

  • Other projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Being a 3rd or 4th year student in the University or completing a Masters' degree in relevant disciplines with a successful academic record;

  • Fluency in Turkish& English;

  • Availability to work part time during the academic year and full week during the holidays;

  • Strong analytical skills detailed oriented;

  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude;

  • Passion for digital marketing and social media;

  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, finance, marketing, and executive teams to bring features to market and develop and grow business opportunities.

You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Engineering, Economics or Business department;

  • Strong problem solving and quantitative skills;

  • Mobile or web product management or marketing experience;

  • High level English proficiency.
