Armut launched its international operations last year in 5 different countries using the brand HomeRun. We are currently looking for an International Operations & Sales Specialist / English Speaker for our fast growing business HomeRun in USA & UK market. This role will give you the opportunity to be involved in our operations from the beginning and personally build our business by taking responsibility and initiative since the very early stages. This position is based in İstanbul.

Provide high level of customer experience for both customers and providers;
Acquire, support and retain best quality providers;

Collect essential content by contacting users / regular website checks; share with Product Management teams directly;
Provide support when needed for the technical changes (translations)
Strong language skills in English (Native) and preferably in Turkish (Fluent);
Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree;
1-2 years experience in customer service, operations or sales;
Ability to take responsibility and ownership;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with flexible work schedule;
High motivation and you capable of working in a team.
